ReplyDeleteI have a felony from 1987 I never served any jail time only 18 months house arrest. I have since completed my bachelors degree in Psychology. I worked in the field with outstanding results. In Aug 2010 the state of Florida passed new legislature stating anyone with a felony cannot work in the social sevice field unless the enployer will request an exemption. However, I have not found a company or agency willing to do that. I feel like I recieved a life sentence. what can I do?
